New Years’ Goes Up In Smoke At Brooklyn Brownstone

On New Year’s Eve of 2016, an American writer and her husband, a British Novelist, experienced a disastrous fire that caused extensive fire and water damages throughout their newly renovated 5 story townhouse. The property owners were approached by various business professionals offering their claims services. The owners decided to reach out to their trusted architect who had recently designed the home, whom had recommended our firm, United Public Adjusters & Appraisers, Inc. Once contacted by the property owners, we discussed in length the insurance policy, its coverages, the claims process, and how we would ensure they received every dollar they were entitled to in an expedited manner.
