About the Role
As a future Claims Advocate, you’ll use your financial and analytical skills to support individuals and businesses recovering from property damage and loss. You’ll be trained to:
Analyze & Advocate
- Evaluate Business Interruption, Builder’s Risk, and Property Damage claims
- Use financial data to build strong, evidence-based cases
- Collaborate with legal teams, consultants, and insurers to secure fair outcomes
Communicate with Purpose
- Guide clients through complex claims with clarity and empathy
- Educate policyholders on their rights and documentation needs
- Challenge unfair insurance calculations and negotiate better settlements
Master the Details
- Prepare supplemental claims and financial narratives
- Track expenses, reconcile receipts, and validate depreciation recovery
- Support claims involving personal property, inventory, and business assets
Who You Are
- Experienced in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or Insurance Claims
- Detail-oriented and confident working with financial documentation
- A clear communicator with empathy and sound judgment
- Eager to learn and become a Licensed Public Adjuster within months
