United Public Adjusters was proud to support the Madison Square Boys & Girls Club at its annual Night Out at Yankee Stadium, an evening that brought together friends, business leaders, community partners, and supporters around a great cause.

The event gave guests an opportunity to enjoy a night of baseball while helping support an organization that has been making a difference in the lives of New York City children and families for more than 140 years.

About Madison Square Boys & Girls Club

Founded in 1884, Madison Square Boys & Girls Club is one of the founding members of Boys & Girls Clubs of America and the oldest Boys & Girls Club in New York City. Today, the organization serves more than 3,000 young people each year, primarily between the ages of 6 and 18, through Clubhouses in Brooklyn, Harlem, and the Bronx.

Creating Opportunities for Young People

The Club provides much more than a place for kids to go after school. Its programs are designed to give young people a safe, stable, and supportive environment where they can develop academically, socially, and personally. Madison focuses its programming around three key areas: Academic Success, Good Character & Citizenship, and Healthy Lifestyles.

Supporting Academic Success and Leadership

Through academic enrichment and homework assistance, young people receive support designed to help them stay on track in school, prepare for graduation, explore potential careers, and navigate the college application process. The Club also provides opportunities for members to develop leadership skills, participate in community service, build meaningful relationships, and become active, responsible members of their communities.

Promoting Healthy Lifestyles and Personal Growth

Health and wellness are another important part of the Club’s mission. Through sports, recreation, nutrition education, and programs focused on positive decision-making, Madison encourages young people to develop healthy habits, confidence, teamwork, and strong interpersonal skills. Its Clubhouses also provide opportunities for young people to explore STEM, technology, creative arts, music, athletics, and other interests that can help them discover new talents and possibilities for their future.
