United Public Adjusters & Appraisers, a leading public adjuster firm headquartered in Melville, NY, was among the sponsors and underwriters of the Madison Square Boys & Girls Club’s Bronx Dinner Gala in 2022. The Sky’s the Limit theme offered dancing and singing entertainment, along with fine dining and an awards ceremony. The purpose of the annual gala is to recognize the club’s achievements and to honor the 2022 award recipients who have demonstrated their leadership skills for the betterment of their community. This year’s gala was attended by numerous luminaries including the Honorable Vanessa L. Gibson, the Bronx Borough President.

Established in 1884, Madison Square Boys & Girls Club has provided a safe, stable, and highly supportive environment for youth from Bronx and Manhattan’s most under-served neighborhoods. This vital club provides these young persons with the tools they require to thrive and succeed in life. In a clubhouse environment they are introduced to the developmental and personal empowerment tools they require to achieve.
The Club provides a safe haven that encourages the youths’ participation in activities that build supportive relationships. Additionally the participants will have many opportunities to explore interests and to develop new skills. At the Madison Square Boys & Girls Club, young people from the neighborhood are recognized as part of positive reinforcement for their accomplishments. The goal of the peers and staff at the club is to ensure that each of their members makes progress towards priority outcomes. These outcomes include academic success, building good character and citizenship, and learning how to live a healthy lifestyle.
