United Public Adjusters and Appraisers is expanding in Manhattan—and we’re looking for a dynamic, connected, and self-driven Business Development Associate to lead the charge.
This role is ideal for someone who already markets to real estate owners, property managers, resident managers, and supers, and is looking to grow their earnings while offering a valuable, in-demand service.
What You’ll Do:
- Leverage your existing relationships to generate leads and drive new business
- Consistently bring in commercial and residential claims with six-figure potential
- Represent United at industry events, networking groups, and association meetings
- Collaborate with our marketing team to strategize and execute new campaigns
- Provide regular updates on lead activity, opportunities, and deal progress
- Use our CRM to manage your pipeline and track outreach
- Assist with on-site visits and inspections when needed
- Obtain your Public Adjuster license within 90 days (training provided)
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales success and experience working with our ideal client base
- An existing book of business or solid connections in Manhattan real estate
- Confidence in qualifying prospects and identifying opportunities
- Strong time management and self-motivation
- Comfort with cold outreach, in-person sales, and local travel
- Background in restoration, construction, or insurance a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
