Michael Consiglio is a Construction Estimator with United Public Adjusters & Appraisers, Inc. He brings more than 25 years of combined construction and insurance-related experience to the policyholders he serves.
Before joining UPA, Michael worked in insurance-related construction project management for Rainbow International. Additionally, Michael worked in several trade fields for 20 years as an HVAC tech and installer, as well as high-rise, foundation, and residential framing and finish carpentry with New York City Local 45 and residential construction firms throughout Long Island.
This background gives Michael a practical understanding of construction methods, repair requirements, project costs, and how insurance carriers evaluate property damage. He uses that knowledge to prepare accurate estimates, identify the full scope of covered damage, and advocate for fair and well-supported claim settlements.
