Nick Baldino is a Licensed Public Adjuster with United Public Adjusters & Appraisers, Inc., licensed in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut. He brings a strong financial and real estate foundation to his role, backed by a a degree in Finance & Real Estate from the University of South Carolina and professional experience in banking and credit risk analysis.

Before joining United PA, Nick worked at Truist Financial and Ally Financial, where he conducted financial and operational analyses, reviewed rent rolls and operating statements, and assessed risk across diverse portfolios. This analytical expertise now informs his work on business interruption (BI) and commercial property claims, where precision and attention to financial detail are critical.

At UPA, Nick assists in preparing BI claims by reviewing financial records, identifying continuing vs. non-continuing expenses, and helping build detailed claim packages that withstand carrier scrutiny. He also contributes to claims involving fire, water, storm, and catastrophic property losses, particularly for retail, hospitality, and service-sector businesses.
