With experience supporting organizations ranging from 80 to more than 2,000 employees, she has a proven track record of aligning HR strategy with organizational growth, building long-tenured teams, and fostering accountability-driven cultures.
Throughout her career, Tara has led talent acquisition, employee engagement, risk management, and compliance initiatives that have improved retention, reduced costs, and strengthened safety-first environments. She has served on executive, benefits, and safety committees, where she helped guide company-wide strategies for workforce development, risk management, and organizational compliance. She has also spearheaded HR system transformations, benefits optimization, and creative recruiting programs that improved both employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
At United PA, Tara leverages this expertise to attract, develop, and retain top talent while ensuring compliance and safety remain a priority. She is also pursuing her Public Adjuster license, further aligning her HR leadership with the firm’s mission of delivering relentless advocacy for policyholders.
