Philip’s dedication to advocacy began early, growing up in a family rooted in championing others’ rights — with a father who served as a Union Delegate and a mother in management. His career started in the electrical utility sector, overseeing transformers, switchgear, and substation operations for a $15B energy company.

In 2005, after Hurricane Katrina, Philip and his brother Michael saw firsthand how insurance companies delay, underpay, or deny legitimate claims. They launched United Public Adjusters & Appraisers, Inc. in 2008 to fight for property owners with a transparent, results-driven approach.
