In early 2013, United Public Adjusters & Appraisers, Inc. was interviewed and retained by a well-known breadstick manufacturer in College Point, Queens to handle all claim documentation, preparation, and negotiations as a result of an extensive fire that affected their 60,000 square foot facility. Under the leadership of Philip Maltaghati, United worked directly with the Vice President of Operations to prepare and present a claim for all contaminated food ingredients, packaging, breadstick fabricated pans, food bins, mechanical exhaust wall fans, specialized interior lighting, and restoration of business machinery which included disassembling, cleaning, repairing and reprogramming of automated packaging systems. United’s only focus was to expedite the claim process so the breadstick manufacturer could restore their business operations with limited interruption and we achieved this goal within (2) weeks of the fire loss.
