Throughout her career, Colleen has demonstrated her ability to handle significant projects across various states. In Vermont, she meticulously documented a complete cosmetic gut of a high-end luxury rental following an electrical fire. In Minnesota, she was involved in assessing extensive freeze-up damages to a five-story commercial building, a seven-figure claim requiring detailed documentation and negotiation. In Florida, she supported the team in managing claims resulting from fires and floods, including the aftermath of Hurricane Ian. And, of course, she handled numerous claims in various areas of her home state of New York, such as New York City, Long Island, the Hamptons, Westchester, and upstate New York.

Colleen’s expertise extends to handling claims for co-ops and condo unit owners, hotels, restaurants, single-family homes, and apartment buildings. She understands how to present and value tenant build-out damages in addition to landlord responsibilities and is adept at interpreting condo and co-op governing documents to accurately estimate damages.

Colleen is highly organized and values clear communication, collaborating closely with the CEO of the company and her team to ensure claims are handled efficiently and effectively. She maintains her professional knowledge through continuing education and stays updated on industry standards.
